WHO WE ARE

Carmel Land Services was founded in 2019 by Greg Pooler, a Maine Maritime Academy graduate who spent nearly two decades as a Merchant Marine. Greg has always had a passion for property improvement, and as a dedicated family man, he decided to leave the offshore industry to pursue his passion for ground work while being closer to his family.

 

Greg's experience offshore instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep commitment to accountability. These values are at the core of his company. For Greg, hard work and getting the job done right aren't just phrases—they're a way of life.
